We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 90-day guarantee to ensure your happiness. Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order are not allowed as we immediately process orders and send them to fulfillment centers.

Returns and Refunds

In order to qualify for the 90-day guarantee, you must provide before and after photos — one at the start of your treatment, and one after the 90 days of using the treatment every day.

We are pleased to offer a comprehensive 90-day, 100% return policy for customers who do not experience results AFTER using our product for 90 days. This policy is designed to ensure that our products are being used as intended and to prevent misuse.

Additionally, if you have any negative experience with our serum within the first 90 days, we will gladly provide a refund for used products. If you would like to return unused items, we charge a $3 return label fee. Please note that some countries do not accept returns; therefore, we cannot provide full refunds to those destinations.

We do not issue refunds for shipping delays, as these are beyond our control.

If you have placed multiple orders, please note: you are only eligible for one refund under this 90-day guarantee. This is in place to prevent abuse of the policy.

To initiate a refund, please email us at contact@testozenith.com and provide your order number and reason for the refund.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), the same as the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with currency conversion or exchange rates.

Product Concerns

We take product safety seriously and encourage our customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product and on our website. Misuse may result in damage or injury, and any resulting refunds or replacements will be at our discretion.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care. An item is considered damaged if it has a functional defect or is physically broken. Dented packaging or scuffed boxes with intact products do not qualify as damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at contact@testozenith.com and attach a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll replace it at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or normal use.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order quickly, but cannot control delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If there’s an issue with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our business, we verify billing/shipping details and monitor transactions for suspicious behavior. We may request additional verification and reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
